OMODA JAECOO NATIONAL AUSX SUPERCROSS SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Omoda Jaecoo AUSX Supercross Social Media Competition (Promotion). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 28 662 958 205) trading as Jaecoo Motor Australia, of G.02, Building F, Rhodes Corporate Park, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138 (Promoter).

Promotion Period

  1. This Promotion commences on 11/10/2025 at 8:00am AEST and closes on 13/10/2025 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over with an active Instagram account. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, dealers, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse (including de facto), parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

     a) Follow @omodajaecooaustralia on Instagram;

     b) Like the promotional post published on the Omoda Jaecoo Instagram page showing what’s in the box in the boot of a vehicle displayed at the AUSX Supercross Redcliff QLD;

     c) Comment on the promotional post to guess what’s in the box.

     d) Tag one (1) friend in the same comment.

  1. Each entrant may submit one entry only. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted via duplicate accounts will be invalid.

  1. Entries must remain visible and public for the duration of the Promotion. If an entrant unfollows the account, deletes their entry, or sets their account to private, their entry may be deemed invalid.

Game of Skill

  1. This Promotion is a game of skill. The winning entry will be the one that correctly guesses what’s in the box in the boot.
  2. If multiple entrants correctly guess what’s in the box in the boot, the winner will be the first correct entry received. If no correct guesses are received, the winner will be the entry closest to what’s in the box in the boot, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

  1. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

Prize

  1. The Winner will win one (1) AUSX Supercross merchandise pack valued at approximately AUD $500 (Total Prize Pool: AUD $500).

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

  1. Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram on 13 October 2025. Winners must provide their full name, contact number, and postal address for delivery of the prize. 

  2. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Promoter may award the prize to the next best valid entry, as determined by the Promoter.

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete details provided by winners or for non-delivery of prizes due to postal delays or errors. 

General

  1. If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant and/or to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any relevant regulatory requirements.
  2.  Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents exclude all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to:

     a) technical issues or equipment malfunctions;

     b) unauthorised access or third-party interference;

     c) late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;

     d) variations in prize value;

     e) tax liabilities; or

     f) use or misuse of the prize.

  1. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and may disclose it to third parties and regulatory authorities, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering, Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised. Entrants may contact the Promoter to access, update, or correct their personal information. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
