TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions and the Promotion Outline above together form the conditions of entry to the Promotion (Conditions of Entry). To the extent of any inconsistency, the Promotion Outline prevails. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner, and the content or quality of an entrant's survey answers has no bearing on the entrant's prospect of winning. The total prize value below the applicable permit threshold and, on that basis, no trade promotion permit is required.
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who attend Everything Electric Sydney 2026 during the Promotion Period. Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, its authorised dealers, and the agencies and companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
  4. To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period, complete all four (4) questions of the Promoter’s visitor survey and submit their full name and a valid email address. The survey will be made available to visitors attending Everything Electric Sydney 2026, who will be directed to the survey by QR code signage and/or assisted by the Promoter’s staff operating the Jaecoo Motor Australia display. Entries that are incomplete, or that are submitted outside the Promotion Period, are invalid. Visitors will be directed to the website
  5. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Eligibility for one entry is determined by reference to the email address submitted. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be retained and any further entries will be disregarded.
  6. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entrants are responsible for their own costs of attending the event and of accessing the internet.
  7. The Promoter may, at its discretion, require an entrant to provide proof of identity, age and residency in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Entries generated by automated means, submitted on behalf of another person, or containing false or misleading details, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the entry process.
  8. There is one (1) prize: a gift voucher to the value of AUD $500 (incl. GST). The prize will be issued to the winner's nominated email address within twenty-eight (28) days of the prize being claimed.
  9. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party charging network provider, including any expiry date. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  10. Prize values are stated in Australian dollars and are correct as at the date of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If for any reason the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable law, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  11. The winners are determined by chance. The draw will be conducted as set out in the Promotion Outline. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 22 September 2026 at Suite 02, Ground Floor, Building F, Rhodes Corporate Park, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138. The winner will be selected at random by a verified random generator https://www.randomdraws.com/au/ from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
  13. The winner will be notified by email to the address submitted with their entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
  14. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification email and provide any verification information reasonably required by the Promoter by 5:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 6 October 2026.
  15. If the prize is not claimed by that time, or the Promoter is unable to identify or contact the winner after taking reasonable steps to do so, the entry will be forfeited and the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at the same address. Clauses 11 to 13 apply to any redrawn winner as if that winner had been drawn in the original draw, with the claim period being fourteen (14) days from the date of the redraw.
  16. If, following the redraw, no winner is identified, the Promoter will publish notice of the unclaimed prize at https://www.omodajaecoo.com.au/ for a period of not less than twenty-eight (28) days. The Promoter may also publish the winner's given name and State or Territory of residence at https://www.omodajaecoo.com.au/ , with the winner's consent.
  17. The survey is conducted for the Promoter's product development, pricing and customer research purposes. Survey responses will be analysed in aggregated and, where practicable, de-identified form. The Promoter is under no obligation to act on any survey response, and no representation is made as to future pricing, specification or availability of any vehicle.
  18. The Promoter collects the personal information submitted by an entrant for the purposes of conducting the Promotion (including selecting, contacting and verifying the winner and awarding the prize) and for the research purposes described in clause 16. If this information is not provided, the entrant cannot enter.
  19. The information collected is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.omodajaecoo.com.au/privacy-policy, which sets out how to seek access to or correction of personal information and how to make a complaint. Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter’s service providers, subject to applicable law. Entrants will not receive marketing communications from the Promoter as a result of entering. The winners may separately opt in to marketing at the time of claim.
  20. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure, malfunction or unavailability of the survey platform, or for any entry that is lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason.
  21. Everything Electric Sydney 2026 is operated by a third party. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation, postponement or relocation of that event, and is not liable to any person who is unable to enter as a result.
  22. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
  23. The Promoter may, subject to any applicable law and to any written direction or approval of the relevant regulator, vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion.
  24. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
