TERMS & CONDITIONS SCHEDULE

  1. These terms and the Promotion Outline together form the "Conditions of Entry" for this Promotion. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Promotion Outline unless otherwise stated. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Promotion Outline, the Promotion Outline prevails. By submitting an Entry, you agree to these Conditions of Entry.
  2. The Promoter is Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd ACN 662 958 205 trading as Jaecoo Motor Australia ("Promoter", "we", "us"). Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be made available on the Promoter's website.
  3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The directors, management, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, of any authorised Jaecoo Motor Australia dealer, and of any agency, supplier or company associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, child (natural or adopted) and sibling), are ineligible to enter.
  4. To enter, you must complete the Entry Procedure set out in the Promotion Outline during the Period. Entry is free. You are responsible for any costs you incur in accessing the entry mechanism (for example, internet or mobile data charges).
  5. You may submit more than one Entry, provided each Entry is a genuine and separate response to the Competition Question. We will not accept Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated or submitted by computers or other automated means. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any Entry and to disqualify any Entry that, in our reasonable opinion, does not comply with these Conditions of Entry or tampers with or interferes with the entry mechanism.
  6. Game of skill - judging. This is a game of skill. Following the close of the Period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter will review all valid Entries and select the winning Entry as the one that, in the judges' opinion, best demonstrates the following criteria, weighted equally:

    1. Creativity and originality.
    2. Engagement and relevance to the Competition Question and the spirit of the Western Sydney Wanderers partnership.
    3. Quality of expression.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The judges will also select a reserve Entry (the next best Entry) in the event the winning entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not claim the Prize by the Prize Claim Date. As this is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winner, no trade promotion lottery permit is required in any Australian state or territory.

By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Meta, that any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Meta, and you release Meta from all liability in connection with this Promotion. If, having made reasonable efforts, we cannot contact the winner, or the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the winner's Entry may be deemed invalid and we may award the Prize to the reserve Entry. At our request, the winner may be required to sign a declaration and release before the Prize is awarded. Failure to do so within the time we specify may result in forfeiture and the Prize being awarded to the reserve Entry.
