Sydney Everything Electric Show – FREE EV Wall Charger Offer Terms and Conditions
PROMOTION OUTLINE

| Registration Period | Customers must register for the offer at the Sydney Everything Electric Show between 18–20 September 2026. |
| Eligible Purchase Period | Customers must place an order for an eligible vehicle between 18–30 September 2026. |
| Eligible Vehicles | The offer applies to the following models: Eligible customer retail vehicles and approved on-sold demonstrators only. JAECOO J5 BEV JAECOO J7 SHS 2WD JAECOO J7 SHS AWD JAECOO J8 SHS OMODA 9 |
| Delivery Requirement | The eligible vehicle must be delivered by 30 November 2026. |
| Offer | Eligible customers will receive one OMODA JAECOO branded 7kW EV Wall Charger with Type 2 cable, valued at $850. |
| Claim Period | Claims must be submitted between 21 September and 31 December 2026. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Installation and any associated electrical works, labour, permits, cabling or property upgrades are not included in the offer. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for installation by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician.
- The offer excludes service loaners, Government, National, Not-for-Profit and Rental Fleet orders, ineligible demonstrators, purchases outside the offer period and vehicles delivered after the required delivery date.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email after registering. This email should be retained as it may be required to make a claim.
- To make a claim, customers must provide the required supporting documentation, which may include: registration confirmation, proof of attendance, vehicle purchase contract, proof of purchase, vehicle registration details, and proof of delivery. Customer details must match the original registration and purchase documentation.
- All claims are subject to verification by OMODA JAECOO Australia. Claims that are incomplete, incorrect or cannot be verified may be declined.
- Approved chargers will be sent to the nominated customer address, subject to availability and successful claim verification.
- A maximum of one charger may be claimed per eligible vehicle. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discount or another benefit and is not transferable.
- Personal information will be used to administer the offer, verify eligibility, process claims, manage dealer referrals and communicate with customers in accordance with OMODA JAECOO Australia’s Privacy Policy.
Offer dates will not be automatically extended. OMODA JAECOO Australia may amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
